1) We do no accept returns on orders over $20. We welcome exchanges up to 2 weeks after purchase, buyer is responsible for shipping package back.

2) If package is broken upon arrival, you must contact us within three business days, we also require photo proof of damage. If damage isn't reported before 3 days or without photo we will not be able to issue a refund.

3) If package shows as delivered but not recieved by the buyer, buyer must file a claim with the post office.
