Intro to Meditating with Crystals

Join us for a night of relaxing and energy healing as we learn to meditate with crystals. 

The cost of this class will be $10 and will include a crystal. It is free to register. You pay for class on the night of. 

This will be a joint class taught by Naturopathic Dr. Lynette Guida and Kelly's Crystals. In the first part of the class we will be teaching a couple basic tips for meditation and then we will talk about the different crystals used for Meditation and how to use them. 

The 2nd part of the class we will walk through 2 mini meditations utilizing the crystals and their energy. 

For this class we ask that if you please bring yoga mats or blankets, something comfortable for you to sit on.
