Shamanic Drum Circle Journey

Join us for a night of healing as we embark on a Shamanic Journey and Drum Circle. Be prepared to let go of negative patterns and set intentions for growth and healing. We will be participating in a guided journey so bring your pillows, blankets, or yoga mats for relaxation. If you have drum or a rattle or any type of instrument you may bring it as well. 

This class will be taught by Dr.Lynnette Guida,  Naturopathic Doctor and Shaman. The class will cost $18 and include a crystal intuitively chosen for you. 

Please note, in order to more comfortably journey we will not be using chairs but rather pillows and yoga mats. Please keep that in mind when signing up for the class.
